Mr.
Nodarse is one of 9 Ovid-Elsie teachers enrolled in "Blended Learning
in the Classroom," a professional development course offered by the REMC
Association of Michigan. This is an extremely rigorous course that
these teachers have voluntarily committed to that takes up a
considerable amount of their own personal time outside of school.
Here is a picture of Mr. Nodarse's Spanish 1 class doing a
blended lesson using Chromebooks and Schoology, our district's new
learning management system. Mr. Topping (OEHS), Mrs. Buza (Leonard), Mr.
Ford (Admin), Mrs. Kirby
(OEMS), Mr. Tokar (Admin), Mrs. Keck (OEHS), Ms. Root (Ed Tech), Mrs.
McCormick (OEHS), Mr. Harger (OEHS), Mrs. Acre (EEK), Mrs. Anderson
(OEHS), Ms. Hoffman (OEHS) & Mr. Whiting (OEHS) are also participating in this course.
Well done to these teachers and well done to this classroom!
